The company is headed by Prof. Wayne McLaughlin, who is also a Deputy Dean in the Faculty of Medical Sciences. Prof. McLaughlin is a stalwart of academia with over 25 years of experience. His main area of expertise is in Plant Molecular Biology and Virology.
Heading the operations of the company is Mr. Compton Beecher. Mr. Beecher has a Masters Degree in Biochemistry and over 20 years of experience in Human DNA identity specializing in Forensic Science and DNA Diagnostics in Healthcare.

The operations of the company is housed on Block B of Level 4 of the Faculty of Medical Sciences Teaching and Research Complex, a new State of the Art modern complex on the grounds of the University of the West Indies on the Mona Campus in Kingston, Jamaica. Here we receive and process samples through our network of laboratory partners throughout Jamaica and the Caribbean.
