What Is the Personal Paternity Test?
DNA paternity testing uses DNA analysis to prove or disprove the biological relationship between a child and an alleged father. Our Personal Paternity Test analyses 22 DNA markers to produce a highly accurate result.
This test is designed strictly for personal knowledge — it is not intended for use in court proceedings or any legal matter. Because no chain of custody is maintained, results cannot be used as evidence in legal cases.
Your privacy is fully protected. You are not required to use correct or legal names when submitting your samples — anonymity can be maintained throughout the process.

The Test Kit
Your home collection kit contains everything you need to collect and return samples safely.
Applicant Information Form
A form to record participant details. You may use aliases — you are not required to provide legal names for a personal test.
Three Sealed Envelopes
Each envelope contains three sterile buccal swabs for one participant — child, alleged father, and optionally the mother.
Collection Procedures
Step-by-step instructions for collecting buccal (cheek) swab samples correctly to ensure accurate results.
Return Envelope
A pre-addressed return envelope for mailing your completed samples back to the laboratory.
Disclaimer Document
A disclaimer that must be signed before analysis begins. By signing, you acknowledge that the data collected cannot be used for legal purposes and that chain of custody procedures have not been followed.
Important Notes
- Mother’s participation is recommended but not required — her inclusion improves the accuracy and conclusiveness of the result.
- Analysis will not begin until the signed disclaimer document has been received by the laboratory.
- All identity and participant forms must be completed in full before the kit is submitted.
