Our meat identification systems detect the presence of DNA from specific animal species in food and feed samples — including finished products and samples from industrial processing equipment. Unlike ELISA-based methods, our DNA/PCR approach detects both raw and processed meat with sensitivity down to 0.01% of target species DNA. Results in as little as 3 business days; each ID test is US$55.
